How long does it take to receive my product?
Most orders arrive in 7-14 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the destination. 
Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holiday.

Can I change the destination country of my order?
After your order has been sent out, you may not change your shipping address.

How much is shipping?
Free shipping over $99. For our US customers, we charge a flat shipping fee of $5.99. 

How will I know my order has shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Once you have received this email, please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update.

Do you ship internationally?
Shipping is currently available only to US. All destination can be found upon checkout. If you are not sure whether we could ship to your country, please contact us.
